"How do you forget to put sauce in bag. I get home no arbys sauce. I call manger he says come back he will make it fresh brings me two sandwiches after having to drive all the way back. Fries are home getting cold why would anyone eat hot sandwiches with cold fries took 10 minutes to get home took 10 minutes to drive back them another 10 minutes back home fries are going to be ice cold !!! Like this didn’t make any sense. Why make the order correct if you’re not going to give fresh hot fries with the hot sandwiches??"

"The food was not editable. A complete waste of money. We had to wait about 15 minutes, I'm sure they are understaffed but I spent $40 dollars here and we were only able to eat the fries. and even those didnt taste good."

"Ordered a double roast beef and cheddar at the drive thru. When I got to the window, I was asked if I wanted any sauce, and I said Arby’s sauce. Got home and opened my bag, not only was there no Arby’s sauce in it, but my sandwich was drier than the Mohave Desert, also with NO ARBY’S Sauxe"

"I ordered one of the most common items they sell. Roast beef with chedar. No chedar on the sandwitch. They robbed me of however much the 4 piece of mozzarella sticks are. (Never got them) I'm giving up on fast food for a few years until they come out with robotics that can do a better job than a human unfortunately."

"Stopped in this location today for the first and last time. In two 1/2 lb. sandwiches there was not one regular slice of roast beef. My bigger issue is that since the dining room is not open, I did not discover this mess until I got home. When I called as to why I got 8 ounces of slicer scraps, I was asked to return the sandwiches. When the manager saw this, her comment was "The slicer is not working properly" to which I responded, "Did the slicer assemble these sandwiches?" This should have never been served! I can say I will NEVER visit this location again. Very poor service and a huge waste of time today. If this is what Arby's is now serving, they have lost a good customer."
