"When I came to get food on a layover, they were out of so many things. Like everything except chicken fingers and biscuits. So I didn't get everything I wanted. The people working seemed stressed and not happy to be there. Everything was dirty and in need of a deep clean."

"Came at 830 and out of pretty much everything. Girls dancing around doing nothing. Had to go back to get my sauce I asked for when I order. All day breakfast and was out of everything. The dining area next to it totally trashed. The employees should take care of that instead of running to get Starbucks orders for employees and dancing outside the door. Would not recommend eating there. Is a little to ghetto."

"Bojangles Fried Chicken located in terminal B next to gate B9 at 5501 Josh Birmingham Pkwy Concourse B, Charlotte, NC 28208 is a legend in the NC/SC area. Their chicken to me is too spicy - really would prefer it if their chicken wasn’t spicy at all as to me it ruins the taste of the chicken. All I taste is the spice/heat. Suggest to offer 2 types spicy and non!! Employees were quick and friendly. 2 years ago there was a lady cashier who wasn’t friendly at all, but she is gone. "Visited 2023 They got our order wrong, but not a big deal. The line moved surprisingly quickly and the food was fresh. The staff was patient and organized. Would go again."

"I have never eaten at this food chain before. I can say that I loved the Cajun flavored chicken fingers and loved the sweet tea more. The fries and biscuits just weren't for me. I don't know if it's because I just don't cate for the flavor or if it was a location kind of thing. So don't discount the fries and biscuits on just what I say."
