I was walking around and I heard the Sales girls talking about which customer they'll go after (the one that were shopping in the store at that time). They sounded so aggressive going after the customers. I was excited about the store, but the atmosphere in this store is not for me. They are very pushy ."

"By far the best customer service I have received in a retail store. All the associates were incredibly helpful and so attentive to my needs. I was shopping for my girlfriend and they helped me get everything in order based on size, color, style etc… even ensured it would arrive perfectly in time which it did! I had to special order since they did not have the size I needed in store at the moment. Anna (Awn-uh), Gigi, and Emily were so incredibly welcoming and made my experience a 10/10. For their customer service alone I will be shopping their again for my girlfriends Christmas gifts!"
