La Fiesta Grande Mexican Restaurant

"Place looks decent from outdoor to inside. Had a bad vibe when we got seated with our menu, not sure if it was just our menu but it had a bad odor smell to it as if someone used a old rag cleaning it. Price for items was a little expensive than most place we been too. Food was exceptional could be better, meat was a little dry as we got taco and tortas asada plus we also got a chicken burrito and when it came out it was beef smh ( yes, we could have send it back but my gold thumb of rule is to never send anything back to the kitchen better off not having it) If you are looking for authentic Mexican food this might not be the place."

"**Disappointing Experience** Today I had a very unfortunate experience at this restaurant. Upon arrival, I wasn't informed that they were about to close due to a private staff celebration, resulting in extremely careless service. I ordered a dish that promised much for its $25 price tag, but unfortunately, what I received was a very small portion of nachos with a minimal amount of meat, presented without any care. Furthermore, as I tried to enjoy my meal, the staff was busy cleaning around me, which was extremely uncomfortable. To make matters worse, despite ordering an $11 michelada, the service was practically non-existent. No one approached to check if I needed anything, leaving me feeling ignored and rushed to finish my meal. I understand that the Christmas celebration was important to the staff, but customers deserve respect and proper service, especially if the establishment remains open and continues to take orders. Unfortunately, I left most of my food untouched due to the uncomfortable situation unfolding around me. In summary, a disappointing experience and service that doesn't match the expectations or the value expected from this place. I explained that to the staff and they only said they feel sorry for that, but didn't do anything at all."

"We stumbled upon this place while out and about. I truly wish we did not! The only thing we enjoyed was the pitcher of margaritas, but after that everything went downhill. Although the food looked amazing at first glance, it was not. The chips we received were burnt. Everything we ate was over cooked, lacked flavor, and was really really really dry. The shrimp within my burrito was tough, the rice was crunchy, and the beans had a burnt flavor. We should have known when we walked in and the place was empty to turn around."

"I've been to this place more times than I can count: Cinco de Mayo, birthdays, the usual lunch and dinner runs. The food? Solid. The prices? My wallet's not as thrilled as my taste buds. Maybe that's why they price their drinks just right. Every time, the staff tosses in some quarters for the kids to try their luck at the claw machine - major points for that! It's a cool spot for both adults and kids. They've got heart, but there's room for some tweaks here and there. Given everything going on, I get it. Overall, it's been a mix of good vibes and good food, with a side of laughs."
