"I come to this location often and order the fish sandwich. Most of the time the order is perfect. I don't really add any extras. If I do order anything extra, its always wrong. Last time I wanted added red onion and added tartar sauce. It didn't happen. I called to let them know. I a manager was suppose to call me and that never happened. Today I ordered a fish sandwich and added cold slaw. No cold slaw. The cooks are not paying attention to details. It is annoying. Update: 2.9.2024- I had another incorrect order last week. I called to speak with management and explained I'd placed the order through the app for the first time for a flounder platter. I requested extra tartar sauce as I always do. I pick up the order and get home, no tartar sauce. The manager was very non chalant as I explained this problem of not paying close attention to orders continues. He says he didn't see it on the order and he wouldn't be giving me a full re-order at no charge at another time. He says he can give me a free mini order. I get the order today...It is one piece of the smallest portion of a flounder I've ever seen and a huge order of fries. At this point I've given multiple chances to this place and just won't go back. They care nothing about losing a few customers here and there."

"So I frequent the Steelcreek location food is always good but today in particular I was a lil upset to see the manager getting on the cashier while they still had customers in the lobby about giving a customer a free cup of ice. Doesn’t surprise me that’s service workers don’t want to work if they’re yelled at in front of everyone and treated inhumane over ice. Let’s treat everyone with respect and see how far that gets you."

"First time getting food here. Probably my last. I ordered the shrimp and fish, has customized my order and added hummus and pita. I didn’t even get my fish. Let alone any shrimp. Didn’t get my humus and pita either. No to mention found a damn hair in my food."

"Sowmars continues to shine. We stopped to grab a to go order and the staff was more attentive, friendly and pleasant than we have seen in quite some time. Food was ready to go in minutes and CORRECT! Great job Showmars!!!"
