"Store stocked well but terrible customer service - have been shopping ATL for 15 + years - no one acknowledged me when I entered store - when I approached counter to make a return I was asked if I had a question — while return was being conducted the store Representative began making conversation with another customer who was also making a return !?! I was never asked if I would like to look for other merchandise or why I was making the return- that is the service I have been accustomed to in other ATL stores in the Charlotte area."

"As a former employee at Loft, I was extremely shocked and disappointed in the customer service from associates AND the manager of this location. The manager rolled her eyes and used a condescending tone with me on two separate occasions. An associate displayed extremely poor customer service and common sense when dealing with a simple, question regarding an order processing request. I have never had such awful experiences at Loft before. I will never shop at this location again. I’d rather take my business to a store location where there are helpful, knowledgeable associates or simply order online."

"Consistently bad service at the Loft at Southpark Mall in Charlotte, NC. It's been bad for years. I just had a miserable experience today and thought I should finally submit a review. Associates are not at all trained in customer service. They act more like customers are a complete pain in the neck. Bad attitudes, poor willingness to help, terribly unresponsive. Just bad all the way around."
