"This location has gotten significantly better. It used to be my least favorite Starbucks and it’s my favorite now. Noelle is amazing. Always has such An outstanding attitude. Like I look forward to our interactions. My drink is also very consistent. I’ve been on the phone with my mom and even she says everyone’s so nice. For new years they wrote in my cup and I almost cried it was so sweet. Anyway great location."
"Instead of waiting in line. It would be faster to apply for a job here, do the interview, orientation, and learn how to make what you want from the menu. Then on your first break, make the drink you originally wanted and then clock out and leave. They can keep the check. 2 stars, the bathroom had soap. I used it twice waiting."
"Part of me wants to put a two star but I’m going to put a three because this is my first time here and maybe it’s not always like this (today). The younger lady making the drinks for drive-through and ordering online, was making no attempts for urgency with getting drinks out. I didn’t see her name, but she had the middle of her nose pierced, and she had on glasses and that’s the only way I know to describe her other than being Caucasian. I waited quite a while before I stepped up and asked where my order was in the queue, and she said that it was next. But then when she gave me my drink, she kind of slid across the counter and just walked off. So I said “thank you and have a good day” and she kind of shot back around and was like “ok, you too, drive safe and all that stuff.” But it was said as if she felt forced to say it. Hey, customer service is not for everybody but you do have to be nice to the customers. But the part that makes me frustrated is that she had no urgency whatsoever in making drinks. It took me almost 10 minutes to get mine, and I could see that she had a line of stickers above the machine where she was making drinks which means she needed to kick it up a notch because obviously they were busy. Maybe she’s got something going on in her life and I try to be empathetic to that, but she was in no hurry at all. And then it would be helpful if the lids actually fit the cups because I got in my car and wound up spilling a portion of my macchiato and my brand new vehicle. I’m not overly upset about that but it is a bit annoying. Attention to detail is crucial in customer service. Please address this with this young lady, and hopefully she can improve in the future."
"This Starbucks is a hit or miss. I literally sat in the drive through line and watch a team member have a 10 minute conversation while more and more cars joined the line. When I finally got to the window, Amber switched with the previous team member. Amber didn’t say I’m sorry for the wait, she didn’t even greet me, she gave me my total and asked if I was paying card. After I paid for my two fraps, she handed me two drinks that had already started to melt. I specifically said, “these drinks sat while they had their 10 minute conversation and now they are melting, I would like them made over.” Amber, with an annoyed look, took my drinks and closed the window. Again, did not apologize for their inconvenience. She finally came back and handed me one drink and closed the window. I waved attempting to get her to come back to the window, she ignored me. Al, a different team member came and gave me my other drink. Al was super friendly. In my option Amber has HORRIBLE customer service and she should consider a job that isn’t customer facing. My second drink still wasn’t right. I paid for extra caramel and it wasn’t added. This Starbucks always finds a away the mess up the drinks."
"Delicious drinks as always. It did take an unusually long time for someone to take and prepare our drink order, which was only 2 coffee beverages. Outside chairs/seating could be more comfortable for visiting and catching up over coffee."
