"The barista had to remake my coffee two times although I pre-ordered it on the app just for us to find out that my coffee was made she just didn’t see it. Please don’t hire people who can’t read and follow directions. The coffee cost too much for it to be made multiple times incorrectly."

"This place takes freaking forever to make drinks I have come here twice in two days when there is not any rush at all and I was sitting in the drive through for 15 to 20 minutes. By the time we got our drinks they didn’t even taste like anything. We ordered pumpkin cold brew and caramel iced macchiato and it was tasteless definitely not coming back here because they can’t make they’re classic drinks correctly and the service and wait time is freaking insane."

"My name is Philip Butler and I did a member of Starbucks for 3 to 4 years. Every birthday which is today I go and get my free coffee with no problem. I just moved from Charlotte to Concord and I went to the Concord Starbucks and I was treated terrible. I showed the young lady my Starbucks card and she says I don't see nothing here for birthday so I showed her my app and she accused me of just making up my app. I am a 67-year-old senior citizen who is retired after 45 years of working honestly. And to be accused by Young juvenile of trying to make me look like a criminal was devastating. I will never go to Starbucks again"

"Just went to this location and ordered an iced vanilla latte. when i ordered the same thing yesterday there was caramel in it so today when i saw the caramel i pointed it out. the girl at the drive through said that it’s not caramel and that whoever made it said they didn’t put caramel, even though it was dripping down the sides. so i tried it and of course it was caramel, yet they refused to make my drink even though it was wrong 2 days in a row. extremely rude as well"
