"I’ve stopped here several times at night when they say they’re supposed to be open. This night for instance says they are open until 1am. I stop by at 12:13am and am abruptly told we’re closed in the drive thru. I explain that the house say until 1am, and I’m ignored. Done with this place."
"If I could give this store a zero, I would. They don’t deserve a one star. They don’t deserve a 1/2 star. We waited 45 minutes for food and still had cold food and missing fries for 2 meals. The employees were smoking outside, went back in and didn’t wash their hands. The manager was the worst manager I’ve dealt with. She didn’t help at all. Refused to refund the entire purchase. The food was cold. Missing food. Literally everything about it sucked! Don’t eat here."
"This McDonald's is the all-time worst. These no set business closing hours. I attempted twice on two separate days,once at 7 pm. and the other at 8 pm. The lights were on in drive-thru, but no came to the speaker. There were employees on the inside working . Don't waste your time going to this McDonald's because you will never know if it's open or close. Go across the street to find some to eat. #trashservice #concordNc"
