"For the 2nd night in a row the dining area is horrible mess. Only back for a 2nd time because they didn't have lemon filled last night. The staff eats at the table near the glass where you can see the doughnuts being made and they don't clean up behind themselves. Then the other tables were dirty as well and trash overflowing in dining area. I also witness employees eating in the work area. Last night the table was full of black gloves Bojangles and Krispy Kreme trash Not sure who manages this location but something needs to be done. Didn't get a picture yesterday but today same thing."

"For the second time I have placed a large online order for an event to be picked up at a later date. I pre-pay online. I pick the day and time several days in advance and when I show up to pick up the order they have no record of it and no donuts ready. Last time I waited for about 30 min as it was not busy. However this time our order was supposed to be ready at 6pm and we didn’t leave until 7:15. At least I knew better than to pick up the donuts on the day of the event. We would’ve missed the event completely. Never again. So sad b/c the donuts are so tasty. I have to assume it’s either a breakdown between the ordering system and the location or just poor management."

"They were extremely understaffed, and I understand that. We had places an online order for 8 donuts and were given 7, on top of this we did not get 2 of the donuts we requested and an extra glazed instead. When we went inside to remedy this it was 15 minutes before anyone was at the front to deal with the now 2 lines that were forming. This wouldn’t have bugged me as much if the one person they had working the registers had any sort of urgency about him. Instead it was clear none of them truly cared. I’ve worked so many service-facing industries and sympathize with being short-staffed but please just pretend like you care at all."

"Dining area had dirty tables. Used the kiosk to order and after 15-20 minutes we had to go up there to ask about our order. They were goofing off and never looked at our ticket. Waited another 15 minutes and got stale donuts. Also asked for a specialty iced coffee and had to wait again and received a gross drink. No customer service at all."
