"I purchased a T Shirt Push Up Bra. Washed it, and it when I took it out it was in two pieces. Never in my years of wearing a bra had this happened. I tried to take it back to the store (Northlake Mall) and they sent me to customer service. Customer service stated they couldn't help because it was not an online purchase. I went back to the store to see if they could trace a receipt, but they couldn't because I paid with a gift card. The manage finally stated that even with a receipt they wouldn't be able to do anything because it was worn. In the beginning and throughout the conversation I stated several times that it was worn and washed. The customer service was not the best to say the least. They wasted my time & I won't be purchasing anything else from Victoria Secret. They can take back used undergarments but not a low quality bra. I was very disappointed."
