"Staff is rude. Nobody greets me or says a word when I come in to grab my to-go order and lets me sit at the front waiting for 10+ minutes while they all chat about who’s working tomorrow.. meanwhile another customer walks in and is immediately greeted and handed her food, THEN they decide to help me after. Probably would do them some good to chat about more important matters like what dentist can fix all of their snaggleteeth but that’s just my opinion."

"Cannot tell you how completely wonderful our first visit was! Rhonda is an absolute gem! Ordering is easy; service is quick and friendly! Great portion sizes, I am stuffed! Oh and you should definitely take the survey at the end! Trust me!"

"This is my second time ordering food from this wing stop location and I had a bad experience the first time, but decided to give it another chance. I won’t do that again. Both times the online ordering system was messed up, this trip they didn’t get my order at all. Showed proof of the order and they made my food. Fries where stale and you could tell they had been sitting out so they were not fresh at all. Coke freestyle machine was out of everything except sugar free drinks. Drink station was filthy. Very sticky and trash all over. Customer service is just ok, but there definitely needs to be some training on infection control. Saw an employee that was preparing food not wearing gloves, scratching her head and I was immediately grossed out. Definitely will not return to this location."

"The food we got here was phenomenal. We ate the two chicken sandwich meal (2 sandwiches, 2 dips, large fry and 2 refillable drinks) that was $17 after tax. The sandwiches were hot, flavorful, crispy chicken and premium buns. The fries were handcut and fresh. The ranch is a homemade style ranch, not a nasty pre-packaged ranch with weird flavor. Everything about the food was great. Here’s what gives this place problems: management. The employees were overwhelmed and exhausted by the job, and we ate here at 4 PM on a Saturday. There were 3 people working, 2 in the kitchen and 1 rover between the register and kitchen. They had trouble with the menu on the register and had trouble filling orders quickly because of the volume. No one was available to clean the eat-in tables, but the place still wasn’t too untidy. Wingstop needs to put better management in place here to help with staffing and workflow. Honestly, Undercover Boss needs to come help the employees. Don’t miss the extra parking in the back that’s easier to have more space in if you have a big vehicle."
