Wendy's

"The food is not bad but they're Drive Thru driveway is horrible. I did damage to my car pulling out of the premises. I still go to this Wendy's because it is close to my home but I always go in to get my food. I learned about their drive-thru situation the hard way."

"Good.. but Wendy's in the past was known for "Great" or "Excellent " not just a good rating.. Service was a lot better here than other Wendy's. But 3 stars on food, it was good bit when you barely have 1/2 a piece of lettuce it is no longer a Dave's Single or double. It even tastes different from well, essentially no lettuce on it..Then you read their sign that "Quality is their recipe" well it's not with a small slither of a single lettuce leaf. This is not a fluke. You can go multiple times, different days, different restaurants and the same. Therefore, this is management directed or Franchise directed aka corporate greed. Things are more expensive now.. but the customer is paying more for it, so give him the damn lettuce."

"Walked in and I was the only one there and 1 car in the drive through. Kept standing there and no one ever came to take my order. I counted 7 people behind the counter. All they were doing was laughing and cutting up. Never acknowledged me at all. Worst customer service ever. And this industry wants $15-$20 per hour……yea right. Way to go Wendy’s, I hope the employees keep having there social time on your dime."

"Well can you tell that I had loads of jet lag when I originally wrote this!!! The review and photos were for the National Gallery of Singapore! Leaving the photos for the Gallery-BUT for the Wendy's review!! I wanted a hamburger when my plane landed back into Charlotte and Wendy's was my go to! I had tried several types of food and was ready for an American classic! The food was scrumptious! The burger was fresh, the fries were crispy and OMG! this girl wanted her frosty fix!! Sorry no photos of the food-but I promise you, many napkins were needed and my belly was happy and full for the drive back home from the airport! Apologies for the jet lag foopah! Thank you!!!!! Everyone enjoy!!!"
