"I stood at the counter for 16 minutes, and was even asked if I was picking up an order, and responded that I needed to place an order. Had 2 employees look straight at me at least 10 times each, and still never even had the opportunity to order or purchase any food. Just close the lobby if you're not even going to allow people to order, and please let me know to begin with so I don't waste 16 minutes waiting to order. This was the most ridiculous lack of anything that even resembles customer service that I have experienced."

"I dont have 4 star expectations of a fast food place ... you pretty much knock it out of the park if the staff is nice, the place is clean, the food is hot and what i ordered .... here i got what i ordered, and the food was hot ... the place was dirty, the drink machine was out of atleast a 3rd of its options, there were no medium lids, when i asked the staff for lids she finished filling herself a tea, then packed 3 orders for the drive thru before bringing them to me, the bathrooms were disgusting, and i could hear the staff cussing and fussing about the orders coming in on the drive-thru in the di ing area while we ate... just a poor experience, but the food was decent, im not sure if they are understaffed or this is par for this location"

"Love Jack in the Box. Will pick them over other fast food places. But will not be going back to this location for a while. Ordered 3 drinks and Tiny tacos. Asked for 3 straws. Assistant manager that was working the window rolled her eyes, slammed the window, picked up straws, opened the window to hand them out, and then huffed. Straws are not worth it. There are other friendly locations in the area to visit. Hope she has a better day."

"Waited an extensive amount of time to recieve a piss poor attempt of bacon and Swiss buttery jack. I will never be returning to this location. Hopefully the management can take some time to actually train there employees on how to make a an order correctly. Save your money and try out another selection in the area for a good burger"
