McDonald's

"Very disappointed! Came to McDonald's today to grab a French Vanilla Latte...hot. I always order the same with half the syrup. First, I noticed it was rung up sugar-free. So I politely repeated my order. She fixed it and asked me to pull forward. She repeated my order to me at the window and it was correct. When I pulled up to the food window, it started pouring rain. She handed me my drinks... and my latte was not a latte. It was an iced coffee. I saud, "I'm sorry...I didn't order this. I ordered a hit French Vanilla Latte. She said we don't have those...only iced coffee and closed the window. Wait...what???? So...I paid for a latte. My receipt clearly read latte but I'm given an iced coffee with extra suyrup.??? Not happy at all! I didn't go inside because it was pouring rain and I had a small child in the vehicle. And the line was now around the building. Just be mindful when visiting THIS location..."

"Never come here, the big guy in the wheel chair doesn't do anything. My cousin got food poisoning and every employee is incompetent. I never even got my drink that I asked for several times and smells like homeless people in there. The food had several uncooked cold fat prices in it."

"We hosted a birthday party in the Play Area. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They were preparing to build their Christmas display on the large party table, but immediately moved it when they realized we were going to have a party. The staff took great detail in making sure the play area was clean. The food was hot and promptly prepared. 10/10. We have been to this McDonald’s many times before and excellence is their standard. This is by far my family’s favorite fast food location!"

"Honestly it wasn't great at all. It took a long time to get my little bit of food and the lady in front of me was also super disappointed because she was there even longer than I was and I got my food before her. I think they were only devoted to the drive through and the people inside had no way of anyone coming to the front for anything. Not to take orders or to bring food to people that used the kiosk. They definitely need help. The food was sale also. So I'm only giving two stars for the fact that the store wasn't to dirty"

"Ordered a big Mac combo. Got a big Mac but it only has onions and cheese, no sauce, no lettuce. I tried to call the number listed on google and the mcdonalds app and it says the number is disconnected so I guess I can't even get a replacement.... God this location is terrible."
