"***UPDATE REVIEW**** On the same day that I sent the review I received a call from the store manager. A very polite young man that was very humble and heard me out. He asked me to come back to the store and replace the meals at not cost. On 1/27/24 went back again I have to say that the service was way more efficient and the manager made sure that our meals were delivered better than before. They still didn’t get the special or right but at least the customer service was better than before. I would suggest you that if you decide to visit this store make sure to check the food before leave just to make sure that they get it correct. ***ORIGINAL POST***I visited the location today, but they seemed uncooperative. The order, placed at the kiosk with specific details, had issues—no receipt printed. After a call, I picked up the order, realizing they got it wrong. Replacing apple slices with extra kids meals resulted in small fries. When addressing the issue, the employee’s attitude was dismissive. Though I got replacements, they were only half-filled. The omitted apple slices and extra items I paid for were missing. No napkins were provided. I felt overcharged and frustrated due to both the order mistakes and the employee’s attitude."
"Never got to get food. Ordered for instore service. Was unable to pay at kiosk. Employees focused on drive through and only came out for door dash order. There was a panhandler in the store asking customers to buy him some food. He was acting very high and and signs of a white powder around his nose. After 20 minutes of waiting for someone to take payment we left."
"The food is mediocre. The fries tasted unsalted. The Big Mac was small. Other than that, the food was okay. We order 12 meals and only got 9 of them. We had to go back to the counter for the other 3. It took about 10 more minutes to get the other 3 meals. It was a decent enough experience."
"DO NOT COME HERE!!! Unless you're okay with an inaccurate order and terrible service that they refuse to make right. They will also be cussing in the window right in front of you while you're waiting. Ordered a cookie tote. The lady on the headset "checked" to see if they had enough cookies and told us to pull up. They parked us and brought out the cookie tote 10 minutes later. Left the drive through and counted the cookies there were only 10. Went back through and they handed us 2 stale cookies with ketchup smeared on the bag and told us to pull forward to wait for the 3rd cookie. We had to wait 10+ minutes on the last cookie. Poor attitudes from employees working the drive through as well. Update: We waited 20 minutes on the last cookie before pulling back through the drive through. When we said we never got the last cookie, they were annoyed and had terrible attitudes and said "let me get that s**t back" referring to the cookies and said "what do you want a refund?" and when we said we just wanted fresh 13 cookies they told us to pull forward again. We waited 5 more minutes for him to come out and shoved us the cookies that smelled burnt without saying a word or apologizing before turning around and walking away. We opened them and counted 12 cookies again that were obviously the same cookies we handed back to them reheated. At this point we were tired as we started this order at 9:30 and it was now 10:20 What should have taken maybe 5 minutes to get 13 cookies took us 50 minutes to an hour and we had to throw them away anyway because they were inedible and burnt."
"Came for a breakfast, not a single out of about 20 tables were clean!! that’s not good! So we have to squeeze in a side of one table so we can have our breakfast!!! Plus something interesting I never seen in a Macdonalds : a limited time for dine in!!! yeah!! 30 minutes!!!"
