"I had worst experience today at this store. I asked someone for open the fitting room door after i was locked out. He just gave me a finger instead talking to me and didn’t even looked back. I was waiting there more than 10 minutes, finally one lady came with the key and didn’t even say sorry. Polo!!!!! You guys need to find better employees if you want customers shop in this place."

"We went today. It's not an outlet store, even though it's in an outlet mall. We looked at a few nice things, but we left disappointed. A shirt was 128 dollars. It looked like silk, but it was polyester. It was made in Sri-lanka. A nice ribbed sweater wad also 128 dollars. I was made in CHINA! The sweater should have been 39 dollars and the polyester shirt should have been 29 dollars!"

"If you're willing to pay too much for a shirt, or anything else, this is your store. I saw many people in the store that it seems to be money was not an issue. I'm not one of those people that will pay 200 % markup to make me feel better about myself."

"Worst quality ever, first wash of my daughters t shirts and it looks like 10 years of use, they said they don’t have a quality policy and they can’t do anything about it. Quality Zero. All my clothes were white and clean instead of these two t-shirts, estrange that both had the same issue. Manager was unhelpful and doesn’t care about their products."

"See how they make money. The creative way to discount items without actually discounting it :-) Put 20% sign on it and label it again with 20% bumped price. After checking this, I just left the store. Such an unethical store. Shame on you."
