"This is consistently the worst Taco Bell I have been to. They are always getting the orders wrong. On quesidellas they barely give you anything inside. I have been here multiple times with the same types of issues. Save yourself the headache and go to the location on north Chester street it is so much better"

"On 12/24/22 I visited this Taco Bell location for a few meals. Every single meal that I ordered was made incorrectly. I asked for no sour cream on my 2 orders of Fiesta Potatoes and both came with sour cream. I ordered no tomatoes on my 2 Taco Supremes, both came with tomatoes. Somehow they added sour cream to my regular taco - which I did not ask for nor did I want. I asked for no sauce on my Chicken Quesadilla and guess what, they put sauce. Then my Mexican Pizza was served in a bag, on its side so this is how it looked (see photo). The entire time most of the young black employees were making derogatory comments to each other about customers and how they hated their job and how they planned on closing the store early. After complaining, politely of course, about my order being totally incorrect they began making negative comments about me. These employees got aggressive verbally with me and I stood my ground. They told me this Mexican Pizza looked fine to them and they had 20/20 vision. There was one older white guy who seemed to be the manager who stepped up to help me out and remake my order. Stay away from this store at all costs…"

"10-22-22 Worst fast food experience in my 55 year life. Got there at 8:30pm and didn't see anyone at the register so ordered from the kiosk. Then realized everyone in the dining room had not got there food yet. Asked one of the workers if we could cancel our order and he didn't offer any help. Over 30 minutes later we got our food. Took it to go since it took so long. My lemonade was pure water. Young lady making food kept saying "I'm not rushing" and believe me she wasn't! There were 4 people trying to run the restaurant."
