"I must say that this McDonalds to me is the best McDonalds that I’ve ever been to here in Charlotte. The food is always fresh, good and hot when I go. Whenever I am late taking my daughter to school, she knows that I have to treat her to breakfast at McDonalds. Each time we go, it is always an excellent experience. The staff is very friendly and polite. The food is prepared fresh and there’s nothing like getting a hot breakfast in the morning to start your day. Thank you Wendover McDonalds for your excellent customer service"

"NEVER IN MY LIFE HAD I HAD A FULL MEXICAN STAFF WORK THROUGH THE DRIVE THRU AND TELL ME THEY DONT SPEAK ENGLISH. Pays for food pull to the next window and these mf say you did not pay. I thought they were joking until she got another co worker to repeat what she said. I immediately raised my broke arm wth are yall talking about???? Then wanted a receipt gave them the receipt and the change back and told them to give me a refund. Now nobody speaka englisha. Why am i being punished lord i just wanted food for my son. I get out of the car for waiting 15 mins on a refund. I go inside it’s a whole different manager trying to help me who says she just came in and was going off what she told her. Filed a corporate complaint I’m 100% sure nothing won’t happen. Let them tell it nobody speaks English anyway"

"Food was stale when telling rep that they said we just made this batch despite them picking out the fries then dropping new fries right after. Because I literally saw them drop the fries as I picked up my bag of food. Don't come. Y this McDonald's it's pretty. They don't even say thank or use any proper grammar or manners just very rude brazen."

"Had to after calling the ladies attention who was putting the orders in the bag several times I had to just about yell at her to get her to quit ignoring me. Then after I told her 3 times my order number she finally looked at the order on my screen to see that it was in fact my order. Incredibly ignorant and rude individuals. Any other worker I had tried calling out to in order to let them see they had my order had ignored me as well. Would have been faster to go to a real restaurant and get a real burger than to come to this dumpster."

"The man at the window was very nice, took my order and verified it, I was given the wrong order and didn’t realize it until I got home. Went back to exchange it for the correct item and get the item that was missing, the young Asian female did not apologize, I asked for a compensation and the manager told the female no, that person did not come to acknowledge me either. Very poor public relations!"
