Chicken Salad Chick

"We stopped in on a fairly slow Friday afternoon for a couple sandwiches. We had the pleasure of speaking with Liz to place our order in the store. We’ve been to Chicken Salad Chick and know that the food is good, but the highlight of our visit was Liz. She was so patient as we ordered, helped us navigate the side options, and never seemed pushy or impatient. I can’t say I’ve ever spent a lunch raving about a cashier but Liz was exceptional. Great place to visit and great customer service."

"Oh my god delicious! Our second time eating here. Staff is so sweet and patient with excited newbies, and the food is incredible. Watermelon iced tea is our new favorite drink. Anywhere. Seasonal side salad with their house poppy seed dressing is scrumptious. No chicken salad has disappointed yet. Planning on going through them all before the year is out"

"Customer service was good, clean restaurant, and you can tell they use fresh ingredients. Cool brand, Very consistent quality and service. Affordable, and they give you a free sugar cookie and side with your sandwich order! I got the Jalepeno Holly and my only note was the chicken salad mix could have used salt. But that’s just my opinion as someone who doesn’t really enjoy conservative seasoning. This is a chain, so I’m sure that is just the way ownership wants it to taste. Would recommend for lunch."

"After work I decided to link up with a friend for an early dinner and stumbled up Chicken Salad Chick. It was a great choice. We both got Olivia's Old South with a side. For me, I got it on a croissant with a side of Mac and cheese. Very delicious and taste homemade. (Not like my moms, but a great substitute). I must definitely will have to come back here for lunch. Even the sweet tea was delicious. I highly recommend. Most definitely can fill that void when you can’t have mommas chicken salad."

"Good first experience, staff was super friendly and the establishment is clean! wasn't blown away by flavor however everything was fresh. Something to note: you can add lettuce and tomato to the sandwich but other toppings i.e onions, peppers etc. aren't available."
