"I was recently at the mall and stopped in to look in the store. It was near closing time and I saw that there was a BOGO from their sale. I picked out two dresses. Two lovely ladies named Nikki and Liz helped me and encouraged me to buy the dresses. They were so helpful and complimentary and I really appreciated their customer service. I highly recommend shopping in this store and if you have the pleasure of talking with these two ladies they will make you feel very positive!!!"

"My friend and I went in there yesterday. I saw a couple of things I wanted to try on so I stood in line for a fitting room. I waited my turn and in the meantime one of the ladies that worked there and was taking names as each person went into a fitting room had stepped away. When I was next, I walked into an open fitting room. In the meantime that same lady walked over to my friend and was hateful to her because I had failed to give her my name. First of all, there is no reason for an employee to be hateful to any customer. My friend didn't stand there and just let her talk to her that way, which I applaud because no one should have to tolerate rudeness. I was so excited that there was a Francesca's in southpark mall because we don't have one in my hometown. However, because of that employee neither myself nor my friend will ever be back to this location and I did not make any purchases that day. I will be sure to share this experience with others. I have had better treatment in stores on rodeo drive (even though they knew I couldn't afford anything in their store) than I did in this store and to me, that is really saying something about the difference in quality of customer service."
