"I just wanted to say what an amazing experience we had here today. After multiple bad experiences at other places due to size inclusivity (the lack thereof rather), we stopped in here to maybe see if they had formal gowns….they did not. However, they did do everything in their power to try and help us and guide us in the right direction. They were empathetic, kind, and helpful. The two ladies were named Michelle and Fabi, and I just wanted to let them know they made our day better in a moment of feeling defeated. I was shopping for my daughter, which is why I didn’t purchase anything there today, but I definitely will return and continue to support this business."
