"This store is awful! The manager, Alex, is unhelpful and rude. I'm very dissatisfied with this store as well as the customer service I received around Christmas. I tried going to this store twice. The second time was well after the holidays, only to return a few items. The store associates didn't know why, but it wouldn't let them process the return. There was no one in the store except for me. They called Alex, who did not help. The store associates called the customer service line for corporate. They were able to fix the problem after I stood there for over a half an hour. This type of service is unacceptable, especially at a store with higher priced clothing boutique style."
