"The worst experience ever! The restaurant was pretty much dead the service was crap! When I asked to speak to the manager they said the manager was in the bathroom. Well when my cousin had to use the bathroom, there was only one person in there. When asked to speak to the manager a second time, the waiter went in the bathroom to get them! Restaurant Review: Some of the tables were dirty. We saw two groups of people that moved tables because it was dirty. The silver has water spots and other smear prints on it, so we used to go silverware. Food Review: I ordered the Nashville Chicken sandwich and my cousin ordered the Cajun chicken and shrimp pasta. When the food came out the pasta lacked flavor, it was missing something! My chicken sandwich had cole slaw on it, which I asked for it to be removed when ordering. When they brought out the new sandwich it was hard! I sent my food back and got the pasta, which had peppers in it, which I asked to be removed. So clearly they don't care about people's requests! What if I was allergic? The cook didn't care and kept making the food how they wanted. When I got my pasta it lacked flavor as well, I can doctor that up at home even though I shouldn't have to! The only good food item was the mozzarella cheese sticks and the spinach dip. Waitress Review: We sat down and it took a while for the waiter to take our drink order and food order. We were the only people on that side of the restaurant, so not sure why. The waitress didn't know the menu. We asked what flavors they had for the wings and she said she didn't know. We went the whole meal without a refill on our drinks, we had to-go boxes and everything, and she still didn't ask us if we wanted a refill we had to ask someone else. We asked for to-go boxes and only got for our entrees, not the appetizers that she saw were still sitting there. It took forever to get our bill and extra sauce we asked for."

"Service was phenomenal! Took very good care of us. The steak with the whiskey glaze was one of the best I've had, and the Mac n cheese is also really good. The wings were on special and I wouldn't order them if they weren't. They were okay, the sauces were the best part of them. The street corn wasn't that good."

"Initially we thought we were going to have a great experience but unfortunately had to leave before ordering our food. We were seated immediately, loved the atmosphere/aesthetic, and the bartender took our drink order shortly after we were sat down. That’s when things started going south though. My bf’s old fashioned was practically clear and when he took a sip could tell it was mostly simple syrup. My drink was also overly sugary and diluted. After getting our drinks we waited for about 20 minutes for someone to take our order even though it wasn’t busy. Eventually a hostess had to call out the waitresses because another table hadn’t had their drink order taken yet. At that point we decided we should go somewhere else so we flagged down the hostess to let her know and she had us speak to the manager who was kind and didn’t make us pay for the drinks although we offered to."

"Food was delicious. Service was ok, a little slow for not being busy. Plenty of staff. Older lady seemed to be the only only one moving with a purpose and working hard. But the food was a 10 out of 10"

"Outstanding, above and beyond service from Tiana and Kate. They need to be commended. My Signature Whiskey-Glaze Chicken Sandwich was wonderful, with a nicely grilled chicken. It's a great tasting burger. If you want your onions caramelized you'll need to ask when you order. The fries are nice and crunchy on the outside, and soft on the inside. I love the tiny ones that are crunchy."
