"A must go to see an interior splendor of arts, patterns, and decor. The color scheme screams American French but the layout and art is like something from Alice and wonderland. The open windows and ample lighting freshens up the space and makes it easier to navigate. The late was bold and the perfect temperature. The staff for the to-go counter was inattentive or busy? Either way, I had to wait in line with nobody at the counter for a bit and I was the only one in line. The laté took a good bit to come out too, but it gave me time to walk around and eat a crispy croissant that was out in no time."
"Absolutely a must-have experience! The cafe is gorgeous and eclectic, the pastry selection is incredible, and the food/drinks are so good! I got a fruit tart that was the perfect balance between cream, fruit, and crispy crust. What a delight. The chai apple latte had a hint of spice, and it was warm and sweet on the whole. Service was very courteous and friendly. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in Charlotte!!"
"Came here following the great reviews, and we were very pleased!!! Delicious baked goods and hot, fresh coffee. We got the pecan pie and the apple. So flavorful and sweet without being overwhelming. After dining in, I ordered another of each to go. Also got tiramisu, which I am glad I did. If you have time to stop by, it’s worth it! Note that they’re closed on Monday, so make time around that."
"It took a while for them to prepare our cappuccinos, and it was warm, as if It was cooked long time ago. Pastries were really good, and soup with salad, absolutely delicious and affordable. Price is really good here. Each separate piece of decor is astonishing but somehow it doesn’t come together as an ensemble. The space is not cozy nor warm, more resembles a museum than a place you would want to sit and relax. We will be coming back however for that soup and salad, really enjoyed those."
