"Horrible costumer services … they don’t know how to treat customers… also they don’t care if they give you the wrong order… I paid $12 for a small coffee and chicken wrap after waiting 15 minutes for my order.. when I finally open my bag I got a bagel with cream. Cheese … what a disappointment."

"There were at least 10 people in line and 1 employee. Her name was Butta, and she was absolutely amazing, she worked quickly and thoroughly. She smiled at each customer said kind words and all of us left her line smiling and satisfied. DD you have a great employee, you better cherish her, this customer service we experienced was phenomenal"

"I couldn't get an egg and cheese bagel sandwich because "the cook was on break". I asked for milk in my iced coffee and got cream. There were 4 employees behind the counter. Come on. It's not that difficult. Do better!"

"Dunkin’ was open (early) but due to only having on employee on they would not serve hot breakfast sandwiches. Otherwise the donut was good but I really needed some protein. No expresso either for same reason. Employee was ok but not particularly welcoming. Please train your employees to be friendly and upbeat! Located in the Charlotte AirPort next to D,E Security entrance."

"Went to order a frozen coffee and the girl at the register said they don't sell them. I said it's right there on the menu. She said well it doesn't have a price. I looked up and said yes it says 5.25. She got really rude with me and said we only serve hot and cold coffee. So I got 2 Boston cream donuts and went to Starbucks. By the time I got to my gate and grabbed for a donut I found them just tossed straight into the bag upside down so all the frosting stayed stuck to the bag. I also told one of the guys that work there that maybe they should fix the menu and all he said was it's a corporate thing. WELL TELL CORPORATE TO FIX IT THEN! This isn't the only review, now that I see, about your frozen coffee. You are letting down all your customers that come here for one. False advertising."
