"DO NOT ORDER AHEAD I have ordered from the Carolina Beach location numerous times but today I decided to order ahead as I was on a time crunch. When I went to pick up my order, I was a little early and the woman at the window asked to see my receipt, and then told me I would have to wait, which I understood and waited. I then pull back into the drive-through five minutes after the time in which I had scheduled to pick up my order, and the woman over the intercom was incredibly rude and told me that the mobile orders are late and then I would have to wait again. I then told her that I was running a little behind now and asked if I could place my order through drive-through and cancel my mobile order. She then sighed very angrily, and said “I guess what do you want”. Then I decided to cancel both my orders and leave due to how rude she was in the fact that my order still had not been made by 815 when I had placed it for 8. Although the woman in the window is incredibly sweet and understanding, the rudeness and lack of customer service experience at the intercom has completely turned me off of this location, this is coming from someone who has worked in the food service industry for a very long time."

"My husband and I raced to this location close to closing time for a jelly donut emergency. We arrived 2 minutes before closing . The three members of the staff were still ready to work and had not met us at the door saying they were closed ! That's new around here lately ! I mentioned this was a jelly donut emergency ! They were out ! One of the staff members said he would go back and make some for us ! We appreciated it so much ! And again ....minutes before closing. They were courtesy and pleasant and didn't start closing or rushing is . Great customer service !"
