Domino's Pizza

"We tried to place an order on line for delivery, once we paid for our order it canceled our order. When we called the young man who answered the phone hung up on my husband before he could even say we would pick up the order. I called back and asked to speak to the manager who told me it would take several days to get our money back on the card. Then told me it was my problem. Never ever will I order from Domino's. I understand I am one person but corporations should listen. There is lot of competition for that dining out dollar and they will never get one of mine again. And I will be sure to tell everyone about it."

"We tried ordering a pizza for delivery tonight and our order was canceled, when I called to inquire why the guy said they tried to call to verify my address (I received no phone call) and that it is a 2 hour wait for delivery. I asked if I could pick up my order and he said that I had to reorder it and hung up on me . My wife called back because we tried to reorder and the gift card we had did not work. The manager said that it was not his problem. Needless to say we will not use this domino's again thanks for nothing"

"Loved that you actually got enough toppings on the pizza. Some places put the bare minimum and your eating mostly cheese and sauce. Also like the tracker to let you know where your order is in the process."

"Rude employee employee did not even wash his hands. And absolutely refused to Help me when I came in. I will never come back to this Domino's."

"Placed order online on a Friday night using my reward points. To get a call telling me they didn't have a driver on a Friday night. I canceled the order then boyfriend said he wanted to go get it . So I called back and was informed I would have to reorder online as pickup. I told the guy the funds do not get returned immediately it usually takes 24 hrs or more. due to the card I used for online ordering only had enough to make the firs first order I couldn't reorder.. Boyfriend said well use my card to place order for pickup. I tried but wasn't able to use rewards so my rewards are also not available.Called and ask was their anyway they could comp the item I used rewards for, needless to say he was unwilling to offer any kind of customer service for the inconvenience. So they tied up my money and rewards and couldn't find away to make the situation a little bit better?"
