"So, we stood and waited for a host. I had my 94 year old mom as well as the wife and young girls. We still waited. A couple came in and was given a table before us. I figured it was because they only had the two of them as opposed to us which were a party of five. After waiting approximately 10 more minutes, I said the hell with it and we left. I’m not going to have my 93-year-old mom weight while some young girl hostess is not accomplishing anything! There is absolutely no excuse for the hostess to lack communicating with us. She could’ve at least stated that a table would be ready in a few minutes, or something, anything to just let us know that they were working on it. We’ve been here several times, but I can pretty much tell you, the quality of their services has certainly gone downhill. Long story short, I’ve had great service at other Applebee’s in the past, but they also had older mature workers rather than these young kids. I think the commonality that we’re finding today is “young kids“. Oh, by the way, I did try to call them on the phone to make a complaint and no one answered the phone."

"I have never been so disgusted in my life! I understand that everywhere is short staffed but my god this experience was so disappointing. We had to wait for a long while and then watched as one of our entrees was given to the table across from ours and after it was handled by the other guest, they tried to give it to us. Seriously? Then they brought out our Chicken Alfredo entree cold. Our steak was overdone and tough. We were here well before many customers and the last in a whole restaurant to eat. No refills offered on my tea. We left a very good tip but this was a never ever return experience for us. Just a we are sorry on a $60 bill. We ended up being very late for our scheduled engagement."
