"I am a little shocked by the bad reviews for this Taco Bell because since living in Leland (a little over two years now), we have had nothing but great experiences here. Yes, there is occasionally a longer line/wait but I appreciate that we have never once gone home missing an item we paid for which is shocking for a fast food place. The staff are always kind! When we went through recently, the young man who was taking orders and working at the window (he is shorter with dreads) was really on it. He took the orders so quickly and had the food and drinks out of the window in seconds. I recommend paying them a visit if in the local area."

"Inside of restaurant smelled like urine. Both restrooms were filthy. Out of 6 or 8 employees, only two appeared to be working. The same employee that took our order also had to prepare our orders. Most of the non-working employees were either standing around or sitting messing with their phones. When I asked for some salt, I was told abruptly, we don't have salt!"

"Absolutely love the food, but the people who have worked there the past several years couldn't be consistent with an order if it would save their lives. My friends and I always love their food but we ALWAYS have to check behind our orders because they leave off several items each fricken time. And coming from someone who worked fast food several years I get it. It can be hectic, customers act like jerks but at the end of the day just do your damn job. Out of all the years I worked in hectic fast food, I never messed up an order because I would double check what I'm doing and pay attention. So get it together already."

"I don’t even know where to start with this one. I have never left a review before, but after this experience I made an account just to let others know. Do Not Go Here. Biggest waste of money and scam. I’d rather pay double and go anywhere else even in this economy than to ever go to this Taco Bell again. They weren’t even understaffed that the worst issue, they had more than plenty of people. It’s just lazy workers who can’t do their job. Not only did it take forever(kinda normal there was other people so this part understandable but still not for the amount of time we waited), but then they gave our order to someone else and when he said it wasn’t his order, a worker took it to another worker and they finally got the right name and didn’t even call it out they barely even whispered it then just placed it on the pick up counter without anyway for anyone to know who’s order it was, because not only were they not calling the names like they are supposed to they also didn’t have the names anywhere on the bag. Then they didn’t give us our drinks and just looked at us confused and asked what we had so I guess this place is only good if you want to scam them because they apparently can’t read the orders or what is on them. Then their drink machine was out of a good 1/3 of the drinks and the popular ones at that. I finally get in my car to eat after that experience just to find the food opened and sideways so the chalupa cheese and lettuce fell out and of course it was somehow on my quesadilla wrapper. The CHICKEN quesadilla was uncut, had black burnt bits on it and maybe a a few little pieces of chicken. The chalupa had no sour cream on it which it had came with, sorry no it did just the tiniest little bit on side of it, and no I don’t mean actually on it they looked like they just smeared a little on the left side of the breading… I say this as a previous Taco Bell worker from a big city where it was actually busy that these are just lazy people and to never go here if you can help it! I wish I read some of these reviews before I went to this horrible place. If I could leave no stars I would in a heartbeat, they don’t even deserve one star."

"I asked for 69 hot sauce packs just being silly and received 60. Best customer service ever five star! My mans prolly went in for the full Monty and was gonna, but the dang thing only had that much in it. I applaud you and your effort, it really made me smile."
