"I'm a Sip club member. Have been for about 4 months. I come just about everyday through the drive thru, sometimes more than once. I work a ton of different hours so i rely on some caffeine. The value has helped me so much. I have always spent so much on energy drinks, and despite the ridiculous controversy, the charged lemonades have saved me so much money. Besides all that, Every member of your staff has been so pleasant, every single time. My wife is in school full time now late in life, so I'm not in a position to be able to tip like I would like to. But I sincerely say thank you to everyone at the Leland location, for being genuinely kind every time. ❤️"

"Honestly always the worst experience with this location and managers. They don’t answer their phones even when there’s no rushes in cafe. They won’t call you if you made an online order and they are are out of the item you ordered. I ordered a soup bread bowl and they just sent me the bread bowl with no soup. Tried calling and no answer. There isn’t ever a rush at 8:15pm when they close at 9pm. Managers just try to avoid customers. This has happened a number of times. Update: I had ordered a salad with my soup and the lettuce is almost all rotten. Honestly whoever was manager tonight needs to go or learn to do their job making sure all food is rotated, this is nasty."

"Facility was clean... is handicapped accessible... they do catering.... great choices for children...high chairs available.... baby changing table in bathroom....fresh bakery items... outdoor seating is available.. food tasted delicious and fresh.... would definitely come back... staff was courteous .... they offer a rewards program to earn free items with purchases... drive thru available... and plenty of parking"
