"I went through the drive thru to pick up my mobile order for 2 quarter pounders & a cheeseburger. I got pulled up to the 3rd window, no problem. After sitting there for 5 minutes I’m told to pull up to another spot & I refused. I was told then that I would purposely get my food last & then told if I didn’t want to pull up then not to come back lol"

"Still very slow, it's like they do one order/car at a time I honestly don't get it, I worked as a crew member for McDonald's and worked my way up to assisted manager before I moved on and I know how long everything takes to cook so when I wait 21 mins in the drive though for a mcdouble and large fry that tell me something is clearly wrong and it starts with management. This place needs some work but once this is accomplished, if it ever is, it's in a great location!"

"This is a poorly managed McDonald’s. Every time I come in there is no one taking orders at the front counter. Often there is 10+ people waiting to order. The employees and management don’t seem to really care about it except for one manager in the morning (I do not know how to identify them), but they do an excellent job. The young girl who is bagging and occasionally taking orders is rude to guests when interacting with them and denies simple requests constantly. Again, I have only been in here a few times but it’s just not going the way it can and should. I suggest management try to hire more staff and train them better."

"Orders are constantly incorrect or missing something. All I wanted on here was mustard and onions….this is what I received….Is this really acceptable?"

"It's a standard McDonald's. I like the large open format dining hall going in at all McDonald's. Staff was very nice. I know they deal with a lot of people and their job isn't always pleasant- but they were very kind."
