Domino's Pizza 5051 Main Street, Shallotte, NC 28470

"Nah y’all really wrong for what you did and I’m tired of telling you so here you go. What you did you messed up my initial pizza with no Sauce. Y’all fixed it after I called and offered me a free pizza. I let bygones be bygones. When time to collect(2 months later) the free pizza you told me it had be exactly the same after I offered to pay the difference for an extra topping even tho I was told any free pizza. Y’all declined whatever but still gave me my free pizza with NO SAUCE AGAIN! How!? How do you perform the mistake yall rectified the first time? Must be the large bacon pizzas or something. I could have called and said something but already got into it during the order of the pizza why call again I am just going to get dismissed?!"

"Placed a delivery online. Only half the order was delivered I was charged for the full order. I tried calling several times no one will answer the phone. Couldn't even leave a message cause voicemail is full. Very unprofessional would not advise ordering from here"

"Let me preface this by saying, this dominos closes at 12am the day we attempted to order. We placed an order at 11:08, HALEY at this dominos hit the button on their end to say that the order was being prepared then proceeded to cancel our order and refund our money. Placed the order a second time and she did the same thing, DAMN NEAR AN HOUR BEFORE CLOSING TIME. Would rate the store AND HALEY zero stars if it were possible!!!!! Not even worth the $7.25 minimum wage never mind what they’re actually getting paid."

"Order placed through the Dominos app, paid for, and confirmed with an email from Dominos. About 45 minutes later, received an email saying the order was cancelled and to contact the store with question. The associate and manager knew nothing simply saying they didn’t cancel it and it wasn’t on their screen - very poor customer service, and now I wait 5-10 business days (according to the manager) for a refund."
