"Rudest customer service ever at a Drive thru. I asked for 2 Mayo & 4 Jellies with our biscuits & only got 2 so I asked again & the girl huffed and puffed. No napkins; so I asked for napkins and she gave me 1! Then I said I need a couple; she said she can't be giving out napkins all day. Manager there stepped up when I told the girl she should go home if she doesn't want to be there & the manager was rude to me as well; not even knowing why I was getting upset. The CUSTOMER IS THE REASON YOU HAVE A JOB. I will be talking to the store chain owner today! Rude for no reason."

"The young woman at the window is abrupt and rude. Today is not the first encounter with her. I ordered a couple of items, one of which was biscuit and gravy. When I pulled up, she shoved the box of biscuit and gravy out to me. I asked (politely) if she would place it in a bag, please. She responded as though I had spit on her. As I indicated, this is not the first time she has been short and rude. I believe she's a hindrance to future business. I know I won't return."

"Ordered a cajun fillet bisquit and bisquit fell apart and chicken was raw. It looked cooked on outside so i started eating it an noticed it was rubbery an raw. Disgusted."

"While door dashing, I had to wait an extremely long time for my customers 2 item order. The store was not very busy, and there were 3 employees. They were also out of the bags they normally use for door Dash meals, but I let them know that was fine as the order was already late. I did keep in touch through text with my customer to keep her informed about the slow service. I informed her I would be willing to continue to wait on her order as long as she was good with the lateness. I did see a sign at this location stating they are hiring, so that is normally a hint to me that service will be slow.....99% of the time."

"Very short of help. After a 20 minute wait inside, we received chicken with chewy skin. It was obvious they heated it up from the day before."
