Wendy's

"The food is always good. It's a hit or miss on the hours of operation. The same with service. Sometimes it's fabulous other times you will wait 20 minutes even if you are the only customer."

"So, I came to this store to eat lunch on 1.4.2024 One of the doors was locked I thought no problem, go to the other door. Upon going to the other door I thought what if the place caught on fire on the unlocked side? Upon entering I asked a woman working inside about it and she shrugged her shoulders and was all I don't care. My question was what if the building caught on fire on the unlocked side of the establishment and people couldn't get out the other side of the building... The woman clearly didn't care about the people eating inside the Wendy's. I do not plan to go back for a while hopefully they will get people in there that cares about their fellow humans."

"Don’t not waste your time coming here. Just piss poor work ethics.. Use to love this place. But the last two times I’ve been for lunch I’ve been handed cold food. Ask for hot food, tell me they have to remake my order would be 5-10min. Why not just do your job right the first time."

"Dont even want to give one star. Every time we eat here the burgers are ALWAYS pink inside. We usually wait a couple months in between visits to see if quality of food gets better. But it never does. Today 12/27/23 we went after probably a year of not going, i wanted to try the asiago chicken sandwich , since i knew the hamburger probably wasnt the best option with our history, took a bite right out of parchment paper on chicken sandwich. Kids got shorted nuggets. We was the only customers there at the time. Id probably be more understanding if they were busy but we definitely will not be coming back to this location even though its local to us."

"Went into Wendy’s to eat- should have known better- worker outside on break smoking, which is fine however comes back in and never washed his hands. Went straight back inside to the front counter to the cookie display and proceed to bag a cookie. Then went on to the back. Asked for fresh fries and they were cold. Sat and ate even tho the food sucked since I’m not one to complain. About halfway thru the meal I noticed something black in my drink. Checked my partners drink and it was in their drink also. - it’s mold I have worked plenty of places to know. Alerted the manager on duty who didn’t seem to care at all. Said they will order a new nozzle. Nothing about cleaning the machine. Just a forewarning to anyone wanting to eat there how things are done."
