"The baristas are always nice and friendly. They're also very good about my dairy allergy. It's pretty severe, and I know cross contamination can happen, but I've never had an issue here! The layout is nice inside, and is usually pretty clean, even during rush times. I do wish the employees had more help! But that's EVERY Starbucks..."

"This is my third time coming to this particular location. It’s by far one of the slowest i’ve ever visited. First two times were slow, but this topped it. 25 minute wait for a pre-ordered breakfast sandwich while the employees socialized and danced to the music being played over the store speakers. Quality of drinks and food are fine but employees gave zero cares."

"It would be cool if the store and district managers would ALSO adjust the Google hours to reflect the earlier closing of the store. I get it, Starbucks works you like a dog and then cuts your hours right after Christmas- but cmon. It super sucks to be on a 15 hour car ride with kids just to get to a store ten minutes past their hand written sign closure time. Went to Jumping Java instead, 2 min down the road and GREAT. Every trip to Starbucks is just a little worse than the last, this is no exception. Good luck, go down the road instead."

"You let go of a supervisor for giving discounts to uniformed officers/first responders You’re a nationally run corporate chain in a small town; not only should you be apologizing to this girl, you should be training your entire corporate office to see how wrong this is. Corporate greed and that need for an extra 10-50% off for each of those individual items; there’s a lot of other places in town that’ll be happy to serve them. Adios"

"It’s a hit or miss. You sometimes get a good coffee but usually it’s a miss. They forget items in your drinks and even things you’ve paid to be added. I’ve had to go back for my cold foam, just said forget it when they leave my sprinkles I paid for, and have to make them remake the drink because usually it’s just milk. Ive had to contact Starbucks over them for forgetting cold foam that I used my stars for as well. Ive been to way better Starbucks but this store is a miss by far and my last resort."
