"Stopped after appts. Food was terrible. Ordered Chicken on biscuit was so old and greasy and dry, biscuit tasted like it had been warmed several times. I ordered the candied bacon and egg biscuit . The biscuit top fell apart when I opened the wrapper. The egg had been there a long time. The biscuit was also flat. On top of this the cashier was rude and acted like it was an imposition to wait on us. We’ve been at this location before and all has been fine. The cashier was Susan."

"While I realize that mornings are hectic at the drive-thru, there is no reason or excuse for being short and rude to the customer. The person I spoke to about her attitude was wearing a manager's badge, so all the more incentive to be as polite and accomodating as possible."

"First time to this Hardee's. Manager graciously took our order. Very clean dining room. Had the mushroom and Swiss double burger. Loved it! Great BBQ smoked taste to the quarter pound patties. Will definitely be back."

"Crew seemed nice enough. But treated most customers in the drive though with little cordiality. This seems like less a job for them than a place to mingle outside of the home. Food was cold. Worst of all. The sweet tea was watered down. Absolutely not ok in the south. I expect better from y'all."

"Big Hardee burger: where do I begin... I had a BOGO coupon, thought I'd try it. Ordered via drive thru but was asked to pull forward to wait for my order. 7 minutes later, a staff member brought it to the car and apologized when handing it to me. At the time, I didn't know why. Initial presentation was neat. Plenty of napkins. Opened the wrapper to find the burger a bit over cooked. First bite: too much bun and the bread wasn't soft. Meat had nice flavor but was dry and not warm at all. Delightfully crunchy lettuce but they were super stingy with the special sauce. I felt the sandwich needed pickles and onions and a LOT more sauce or something juicy... I didn't even need the napkins. Definitely didn't rock my world and not even in the same league of a BMac. Overall, having a fresh sandwich could've changed the experience, idk. Lastly, I want to comment about the clear gloves worn by employees. When are those changed? What's the purpose? I saw staff package food with the same gloves used to tap on the order monitor. Also, the employee that brought my food to the car was wearing gloves, but he also wore the gloves back into the building using them to open the handle to the door. Did he change those once he was back inside? IDK."
