"I had delivered 2018 full tank of gas...I have not used the gas bc my logs are broken...so I now have 20% how can that be...explain to the lady and she said I don't know...if I come out there will be a charge...i did purchase a remote for my logs.....if she looked at my account she would see I have been a customer a long time....what happen to customer service....after this 20% is gone I will call them to pick up tank and i will be going somewhere else....."
