"I am for the first time disappointed in the ladies belk department. I tried to exchange an at least $90 bottle of Coach perfume, because this particular scent gave me a migraine. They didn't do an exchange and wanted to give only $35 for this bottle of Coach perfume. The cashier from the jewelry desk treated me as if she thought I had stolen it..probably because I had just gotten off my shift at work. I agreed to an exchange knowing it may have been on sale at some point but they didn't try an exchange; but rather to refund only $35 to a belk card. Why not just exchange the bottle for the same size bottle of the perfume that didn't provoke a migraine. More than anything, I just felt very judged."

"Like the store, prices, and selection. Checkout was suboptimal. 1 customer wanted something she'd left on hold. All 3 checkout clerks went looking for it leaving all those in line waiting to pay..."

"We had an awesome experience at this location, there was plenty of items to choose from and great sales. The quality and array of clothing items was great. They have many name brands and also the Belk brand items. There are two Belk stores at this location in same strip mall. When we went into the men's, home, children's Belk store located in center of strip mall the Afterpay option wasn't able to work and that was Ok, not ideal. When I went into the Women's, make-up/jewelry, Belk located at the end of the strip mall the Afterpay did work which was perfect. I was able to get amazing deals on the jewelry I needed for a photoshoot and the tie we purchased. I will think of this location first when looking for items and clothing my family needs. We were definitely impressed with the great sales and deals we found today. The staff was all very friendly and helpful and quick on the transactions making sure we had all the deals."

"Had my size pants. I know that seems like nothing to get excited about, but for me it really is. It's extremely hard to find my size any where. Also the sales personal was so very helpful an extremely nice. I recommend this place to anyone like me who's clothes sizes seem to be odd like mine. In fact I recommend this place to anyone.
