"This is a chain store, yes, but I am here regularly and appreciate the friendly and helpful staff. It's fun browsing the shelves, and BAM has a lot of non-book items like games, toys, magazines, and journals. Not as wide a selection as a place like Barnes and Noble, but they have a decent rewards program (10%), and Barnes is not available in the area. This is a good alternative. Would love if they added a café to this location! :)"
"Usually love this store but their return policy is NOT what is at the back of the receipt. There are other stipulations that they don't tell their customers about. It is up to manager discretion. Only recommend to browse to see if you like the book before purchasing elsewhere."
"Great book store, so much to choose from and look through. The Weeb section keeps growing and I love it. Plenty of Anime and Manga merch to look through and classic scifi, fantasy and comic book merch too. Definitely will be back next time I'm in town!"
