"One of my favorite boutiques in Charlotte. Many colors and styles to choose from. The staff is always kind and helpful."
"I got this cup at the holiday fair from This boutique. This is a fake and I was not Disclosed to this. I paid $37 with taxes for this and I got scammed. I will be contacting the junior league of Fayetteville to let them know of this. I am very disappointed and upset."
"Would give ZERO out of five stars if I could. I will start off by saying Julie’s does offer a few cute standard boutique pieces, however, this is overlooked by horrible customer service. Upon entering the store I was barely acknowledged by staff and after 10 minutes of walking around an older woman named Donna finally approached me and gave me a dirty look (come to find out she is the manager). She proceed to follow me as I browsed the store but never offered any help with a dressing room or finding something. The only thing she did provide was a fake smile, rude attitude, and making me feel uncomfortable. Moments later, I overheard Donna gossiping with another older employee about a younger employee on the sales floor, calling her “overweight.” Absolutely DISGUSTING behavior for women of their age. I could be wrong, but the target audience at Julie’s appears to be a younger demographic which is fitting since the manager is acting like she’s in high school. The audacity of these two women made the shopping experience borderline unbearable and I will not be returning until management is replaced."
"My mom and I came across this boutique after having lunch. At first we thought it was super cute, the prices were reasonable and the clothes had a southern, Charleston vibe. My mom tried on a pair of shorts and I was trying to convince her to buy them, so she asked the sales associate if she had any tops she recommended to go with the shorts. The sales associate was an older lady and told my mom the tops for "their age group were in the back". She proceeded to take her to a single row of button down shirts... My mom did not think that comment was necessary and I think she could've worn any blouse in the store, fun floral blouses aren't only for girls in their 20s. I ended up convincing her to buy the shorts and I bought a blazer. We later found out the shorts were extremely low quality, she would've been better off getting a pair at Old Navy or Walmart for better quality than these. After one wear there were snags and pulls all over and she didn't even wear jewelry or something that would've been catching on the shorts. Then after one wash on delicate the hem literally unraveled on one of the legs. I told her for $50 she should reach out to the store and show them photos to return for store credit. They literally offered her a $10 gift card and tried to say they couldn't afford to give her any more store credit because they were a small business (they also have numerous locations through NC & SC). My mom and I are both small business owners and thought this was completely unacceptable. She wasn't even asking for a cash refund, she just wanted store credit to try to find something that was better quality... We would have been returning customers if they had handled this situation correctly, even with the rude sales associate. However, since they don't know that it's best to honor a bad product with good customer service they will be getting a bad review rather than returning customers. Don't waste your money here."
"I've been shopping at this Julie's since 1978 when I was 15. I am now 60 and shop twice a year in Spring and fall for new wardrobes. Beth, the salesperson was so nice! The only thing is this time when I walked in all the clothes seemed geared to a much, much younger store like 20 somethings for the first time than the base clientele. Please don't forget the base customers. I asked for the buyer but she was out of town."
