"What a wonderful addition to Seymour! Everything they make is very tasty and flavorful without being smothered in oil or sauces like Mexican restaurants. I highly recommend a Cuban Sandwich and an espresso as an excellent breakfast!"
"Wow! Just enjoyed some delicious food at Mi Casita Colombiana! Delicious food, great server ( very attentive to details on our orders), and the music is just right, not too loud, and such colorful, typical decorations...! Feels like you can relax and take time off your worries. The food is perfectly seasoned, the freshest around, well explained menu... Glad we tried this place out, we will be back SOON!! If you don't want to sit down and eat, try their to go orders, and check out their fresh, daily prepared baked goods ( breads, pastries, the works!) Great job! Our other dishes we devoured before getting pictures..! Delicious:)"
"Yes, the food was AMAZING. What is so special about this place is the pride that everyone working there has in their establishment. The fish in coconut sauce was so so flavorful and my husband had very likely the best burger of his life. Run, don’t walk to eat at Mi Casita. They also serve breakfast seven days a week."
"Just met family for dinner here. Great food in large portions. Loved the difference that comes from real (not chain restaurant) food. Server was great and very helpful in making our selections as this was our first experience with Colombian food. We loved everything we ordered. We will definitely return. And maybe for breakfast—which looks so interesting! Seymour/South Knoxville is lucky to have this restaurant!"
"Okay I was a little skeptical at first but once I sank my teeth into this food it was absolutely amazing. Like Christmas in my mouth. My wife got the chicken and rice and I got the beef strips (I'll have to look at what is called exactly). I really just can't describe the flavor in this food. It was SO good! I will say it was a little pricey at first glance but once you see the portion sizes and the quality of the food it's totally worth it. I can't wait to go back. The atmosphere is great, the bread and desserts are phenomenal and the best part of the whole thing is I feel like family when I'm there. Definitely give it a try!"
