"“Oh God, you’re gonna place your to-go order right at the last minute huh” is what I was told calling an hour before closing time. All I wanted is to pick up a pasta and apparently that’s not okay to order an hour before closing time. Noted."

"As a Seymour native, I've grown to expect a level of incompetence and indifference from the food service employees in the community, but I'm really getting sick of it. I placed an order for pick-up and arrived with my young daughter in my arms and was the only customer in the place. Each of the four or five employees looked up just long enough for the see us when the door chimed and immediately put their heads back down or continued conversations about their mental disorder or how busy they were and ignored us for a full 10 minutes. I don't expect great service in Seymour. I just don't. But a minimal acknowledgment that I walked in the door, or maybe a "we'll be with you in just a minute." Something... Finally, the one employee who's work station made it impossible for him to ignore me any longer finally asked if I was there for a pick-up. Why else would I be there? I say "yes" and tell him my name, and he couldn't find my order and he went right back to what he was doing. In the meantime, two other customers came in and guess what? Not a single employee recognized they were there either. I took my daughter and went and got something else. That store sucks."

"Called and waiting patiently for my turn. Ordered my pizza for carry out. Told the lady she was so nice, what’s your name? Michelle. Between her and Lilian every thing was great. Was driving and eating pizza on the backroads of TN. Hot and fresh. Yummy! Seymour Domino’s is the cleanest and nicest place always. Other customers, remember to always be humble and kind, especially nowadays. See you soon."

"We tried to order online but it gave an error message that the website was having problems and gave the phone number for the store. We called the store and the man we talked to took our delivery order. He told us it would be 30-45 minutes. An hour passed and they still hasn’t shown up so we called. The same man who took our order answered the phone and said “oh yea, I realized after we hung up that we don’t deliver to your area but I didn’t have time to call you back.” Edited to add: no apology or anything. We asked them to go ahead and make the pizzas anyway and we would just come pick them up. When we went to pick them up, they didn’t say a word about the issue. Very disappointing to not even be offered a simply apology."
