"We go through the drive through and are told we are only taking card [ they closed everything early, laziness i guess?] was given old chicken that was hard and had been sitting , not even forks or napkins with the coleslaw. this wasn't the first terrible experience here and we won't be back until things change whoever owns this you need to train your employees how to serve basic customer service skills that will help them in the future. maybe read the reviews of other Bojangles in the area and get a clue."
"Came by today on 12-23-23 and order two meals. The coleslaw we were given expired on 11/10/23 (a month and 13 days ago) as shown in the attached picture. Both of our meals were supposed to come with biscuits when I got home neither had the biscuit in it. The drink I was given was pure carbonation with no flavor and had a garden hose aftertaste. When I got home the first bite of a chick tender was icedy inside (I had to microwave them to make sure they were fully cooked). Lastly I was charged an extra $0.25 for a dipping sauce that should be complimentary with the meal........ Also to note, I was the only car in the drive thru so it wasn't as though a lunch rush had impacted my service. Disappointing results for such a new location. Usually newer stores are under constant scrutiny from the owner/operator and/or corporate level. If this is the standard in the beginning, it will only get worse from here. I advise bypassing this location......."
"Excellent experience. Especially Joey. He is one of the nicest people I've ever met. It was our 7 year olds birthday, and Joey made it so special for him. The world would be a much better place if it had more people like Joey in it. Please come by this location."
"So glad this was opened near my daughter's home. We will be visiting often when we are in the area. Already we have tried the Cajun biscuits, the country ham, the pork chops, the steak, and the sausage biscuits. All were really good. I just wish I could get dirty rice with my Cajun biscuit as a breakfast side, but they don't get it ready early enough. I hope they keep the pork all the time."
"I bought a meal to go and didn't recieve napkins or a fork. They handed me a sealed box and I ended up eating my meal with the lid for one of the side items. The macaroni and cheese side was partially filled. On a positive note the man taking orders was very personable."
