"I loved my 1783 eggs Benedict (w/out egg muffin). It was delicious! I did think the $3.30 for a cup of coffee was a little high…but I guess in this economy you have to do what you have to do. My husband had the ham & cheese omelette and said it was wonderful."

"Our waiter took 10 minutes to take our drink orders so we ordered our food right away too. It took another 15 to 20 minutes to get our appetizer and drinks. Then another 15 minutes to get our food. The corn muffins were very tasty. My daughter said the burger she ordered was good, but the pork potato skins I ordered left me wishing I hadn't. The amount of potato was wonderful and the amount of cheese was amazing, the barbecue pork however was not at all appetizing and honestly, I threw it out when nobody else in my home liked them as well."

"I guess this place has been open for almost a year now, but this was the first time I noticed it. They updated the inside and did a really excellent job. Even the bathroom looked updated & clean. They have a variety of comfort foods on the menu, but I decided to try the 10 oz sirloin with the sweet potato casserole. Since I can't eat pepper, they left the seasoning off an added garlic butter instead. He also let me know there was pepper in the sweet potato casserole, so I swapped it for a side salad. They start you off with some cornbread muffins and some sugary butter that I was instantly addicted to. They brought my salad out pretty quick, and waited till I was almost done, before they brought the steak out. The steak was good, but not as tender as some other places and it had a little bit of fat on it. Everything else was great, including the service. I got there just before 5 when they weren't very busy, but it quickly picked up the longer I was there. Tyler, my waiter, was very attentive, even though he seemed to be the only server working tonight. Some of the other employees were helping out as it got busier, so I didn't have to wait an awfully long time before ordering some dessert. I ordered the cheesecake with strawberries and whipped cream. They use the frozen cheesecake, but they use fresh strawberries and whipped cream. It was very good. They serve Pepsi products, and even the Pepsi tasted great. There were several things I wanted to try on the menu, so I will definitely be back."
