"Very laid back, casual and pleasant atmosphere. It has been in business for quite awhile. Most locals know about it. They served us popcorn while we waited for our meal which was a nice touch. The friendly staff was attentive and very polite. I would go back again."
"Our first time here as we are from Florida. A local recommended it and it was amazing. Our waitress was Elaina and she made us feel at home and gave great service. The food was amazing as well. Can't wait to find a way to come back again! We had to take the bread pudding back to our cabin as we were so full! Yummy"

"So I’ll start by saying I’m not the type to waste my time leaving a review…but being a local who has lived in Seymour all my life, 32 years, my last trip here was unacceptable and will not return. I always leave a tip of 20-25% but today I left 10%. I also wrote on my receipt the reasons for leaving 10%. First we ordered fried pickles asked for ranch when they were brought out. Didn’t receive the ranch for roughly 15-20 minutes and our pickles were cold. Food came, let me add my drink is almost empty, chicken tenders, mashed potatoes, and okra. I patiently munch on my 2 sides and my COLD pickles. Drink has been empty now for 5 minutes or so. Customer should never run out of something to drink!! Waiter takes people’s order beside us never acknowledges us! My wife says excuse me mam can he get some honey mustard and refill. Different waiter brings both thankfully! So I finish my cold chicken tenders! Horrible experience!!"
"I had tried Seymour Grille years ago (pre covid), but hadn't been back since. I was craving some chicken and dumplings one evening and saw they had them. My fiance and I got a couple of entres, and we were very pleased with the food. It's a drive for me to get here, but I will be back soon."
