"Went through the drive thru trying to order breakfast but the menu wasn't showing and the guy just said it does that. Then tried to order breakfast and was told they was on lunch and aren't serving breakfast then I decided to leave because the guy had a bad attitude about it and acted like it was a bother that I asked"

"Waited 25 minutes for my food after I ordered. Meanwhile, I watched as food continued to fly out the drive-thru window. Drive-thru was prioritized over the lobby full of people waiting for their food. And NOTHING we ordered was abnormal. Chicken nuggets, a Big Mac, a couple of double cheeseburgers."

"Ordered and waited 15 minutes to for 2 McDoubles. When I finally got them they were cold. If I am waiting that long they should at least be hot. Watched them argue with a customer who wanted more tartar sauce for a fish sandwich, and saw someone who foolishly thought he could get someone's attention and order at the counter. I am glad I don't go over to that part of town very often"

"Came in to get food and nobody acknowledged the front counter. So we used the kiosk to place an order and used a table sign, and marked our order for Dine-in. Well the staff shoves my food in the bag and yells my name from the counter. Nobody brought it to the table. The fries were quite stale and burgers were sloppy mess. Not really a decent place to go if you wanna stay clean and have a friendly atmosphere."

"very friendly service, outside and inside what you will find in a typical American McDonald's. compared to european mcdonalds, there are few people working here, they have a lot of work, so the time to prepare a meal is a bit longer. however, the hamburger meat is better than in Europe."
