"Mobile order here is awful. They ALWAYS forget straws. The chicken today tasted like it was cooked in old oil and had a very distinct burnt taste. I have previously worked at Chick-fil-A and know what is expected and this location is not delivering."
"Food was decent. Not the greatest. But it was good enough to eat and the fries were fresh. My gripe is with the curbside pickup after the renovations that were just done. Whoever decided to move them to where they are should be fired. The establishment is busy certain times a day and where they are now relies on the kindness of people in the drive through line to let you back out. When there is a line you are stuck waiting FOREVER to back out. I’m not sure why they had to move them from where they were. At least then you were backing out into a non drive through lane. Also, I REALLY miss the buckets they used during covid so the person’s hands weren’t sunk down into your bags when they carry them out. And yes, dude had his fingers and half of his hand sunk inside the bags gripping them to carry them."
"Never any complaints. Food is always great. If there is any issue, which is very rare, they do not hesitate to make it right. More places should take notes on how CFA provides outstanding customer service!"

"We ordered inside the store a #7, a bacon egg and cheese MUFFIN, they served us bacon biscuit(casheirs make mistakes i get it), i drove back and respectfully brought it to their attention, and payed the difference for a proper sandwich, but they gave me egg and cheese in a bowl. I get that every dollar is important for business but this is a slap in the face from the manager. 2/7/23 9:45"
