"The food was good. I don’t understand any of these bad reviews because the service was honestly really great! Our waiter was super nice- she checked up on us a lot!"

"Food is always good. Our server was very nice but very busy. Had nine guests in our party but had called ahead, still took over 20 minutes to be seated. Then from the time we were seated to ordering meal was another 20 minutes. Close to another 30 minutes for our food to arrive."

"Went for lunch on Sunday. Had to wait over 45 min to be seated. Over half of the restaurant was not being used and was empty. After being seated, our waitress got overwhelmed, and a different server took over. Very nice and helpful waiter. When food finally came out, it was all burnt. Overall, it's not a good experience. Very disappointed."

"Every time I go to Olive Garden, the food is exactly the same. As soon as I sit down, I pretend to look at the menu and proceed to order the exact same thing every time. Although I’ve never had an issue with the service, I’ve never had a server who stood out. They ask if I want more soup or more drinks, give me a to-go bowl and mints, I tip a normal amount, and I’m happy to have eaten out. Today, we were sat by a witty hostess and served by the most genuine person. Her name was Rachel I think and she was amazing. It’s not like she was bugging us or asking superficial habitual questions, she was sweet and seemed to already know what we needed. My mom and I both got unlimited soup and salad and when we got second soups, she brought them out with the cheese exactly like it was when she asked the first time. When she noticed we had finished up the first bowls, she didn’t ask if we wanted more she asked if we were ready for seconds. Most people probably would overlook that, but I think it’s a great example of her attention to detail. I’ve had experiences before where I felt bad for asking for another bowl or was asked in a way that made me feel like a burden. I guess I’m making this more for her than other people but I want her to know that her work is recognized and she sets a high standard for other servers. You’re doing a great job, Rachel, and we’re proud of you for keeping a smile through all the things that aren’t so unique about the waitress experience. Olive Garden is lucky to have her. I’ll keep going to Olive Garden for the food, but I look forward to dining-in more because of people like her."

"Great experience. The waiter was on point with her service. Food came out piping hot and the plate presentation was phenomenal. Will definitely go back again. Pictured is the chicken and shrimp carbonara with an Italian margarita."
