"Order a $30 order customer service was horrible. Ordered Mexican pizza with no tomatoes and they added tomatoes ordered a #7 with no lettuce and they added lettuce Ordered a double decker with sour cream got no sour cream. Just ridiculous. And on top of that they were completely out of mild sauce"

"Had to ask them to remake food twice as both orders were missing food and not made correctly, after two times they still didn’t get it right. After two tries my orders were missing a total of: 4 burritos, 2 cinnamon twists, 6 tacos. Both bags were also dripping wet for some reason, and when going in the lobby to ask for the food to be remade, all I could hear was a mix of children and people who should have retired twenty years ago arguing on how to make my food."

"Horrible service. Horrible staff. Had a mobile order, went through the mobile line, was asked to hold on, they took 3 other people before me. I went in front of the next person and the lady with pink hair said I had to pull up and wait because other people were here first. I informed her I was here before all of them and she got very frustrated. I asked for a refund and she said I had to go through the app. No apologies. Just said there is only two of them working. Not my fault that management is incompetent and can’t staff their facilities properly. What a joke. These experiences turn me off of the entire company. I would never in my life come back to this particular Taco Bell."

"This Taco Bell is amazingly good for where it is located. Most fast food chains next to the highway just are not very good. This one however, is top notch. I have been here quite a few times and it never disappoints. Top quality and top service."

"Welcome to the the worst Taco Bell to my knowledge. I get we went late at night but that’s not an excuse to screw up a simple order. As per the receipt we only ask for six items and we we got why more than we asked for. We got back to our hotel room and opened the bag and magically the bag had way more food then we paid for. That would have been nice if it had been the right order. We opened up the quesadillas and they were steak. That would had been ok but the steak was raw and not even heated up properly. The other items in the bag were just as bad. The food was cold and the only thing they got right was the drinks. The guy at the window was passing a open container back and forth with the car in front of us. That should have been a huge red flag to just drive through and not even get our order. I have sent emails to Taco Bell Corporate and have tried calling the store directly to see if we could get some type of refund for the poor job performance from this store. I wouldn’t go back if it was the only Taco Bell open for 100 miles in any direction. Save your time and try somewhere else and maybe you’ll have better luck."
